Miyonga Fresh Greens Enterprise
Miyonga Farm is a transitional horticultural farm. They grow horticultural products for the export market. The products include baby corn, french beans, mangetgout, onions, okra, hangout, kerala, Didhi, aubergine, garlic, capsicum, passion and fern. They then use solar drying technology to prolong the shelf-life and flavour of the fruits and vegetables thus initially simple, unprocessed food is given more value. The new characteristics of the product will enable simplified logistics and entry to new markets, both Kenyan and international.
